One search. One report.

The Findability Check is one manually-run search in LinkedIn Recruiter for a job title, market and seniority you specify, plus a written report: whether the search returned you, at what rank, which single filter excluded you if it didn't, what the top-returned profiles carry in that field that you don't, and one specific change. The full query — filters, tier, date, result count — is published in your Check so you can verify every step.

One Check covers one target role. A second role is a second Check, at S$29 each, orderable once your first Check has been delivered. We search your profile only with your explicit consent, given at order.

Findable ≠ hireable.

The Check measures whether you can be found. It does not measure, predict or influence whether you are hired, interviewed or contacted. No outcome downstream of the search is promised, implied or refundable against.

Scope is declared, not hidden. LinkedIn search tiers see different slices of the index, and LinkedIn changes its filters without notice. Your Check states which tier ran your search and when. If your profile falls outside that tier's reach, you're reported as out of scope — never as absent — and offered a refund.

Batched by role. Dated at order.

Searches run in batches — everyone chasing the same title, market and level goes into one run. National Day pre-orders (4–10 August 2026): delivered by 22 August 2026.

Standing commitment from 11 August: your Check is delivered within 21 days of your order — a batch runs when your role reaches 5 orders or 7 days have passed, whichever comes first, and assembly follows. If a date is going to move, you hear from us by email before the date, with a new date and a refund offer. Lateness gets disclosed, not discovered.

Seven days, no questions asked.

• How to ask: email account@thefindablecandidate.com from your order email within 7 days of purchase or delivery, whichever is later. No form, no reason required.
• How it's issued: in full, to your original payment method, through Stripe, within 2 business days of your email. Stripe typically takes a further 5–10 business days to show it on your statement.
• Automatic refund offers: out-of-scope findings and any delivery date we move both come with a refund offer attached — you don't have to ask.

Patterns, never people.

Aggregate findings from batch runs may be published (for example, The Search Report). These are anonymised to patterns only — no names, no profile screenshots, no identifying detail — unless you've given prior written permission.

Singapore.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, and disputes fall under the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
